Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally situated in the bustling downtown of Los Mochis, making it a prime location for exploring the city and starting your journey to the canyon. The rooms, although nice and clean, had a rather offensive smell that was different from the pleasant lobby ambiance. The service, especially following a late check-in after a missed flight, was exceptionally helpful, although we felt the taxi service was overpriced compared to other places in Mexico.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, but there were a few drawbacks. The rooms had AC and the corridors were helpful with various services, although they could use a more positive attitude as there was a noticeable smell of humidity and dust, possibly from an old carpet. The service was excellent with staff going above and beyond to assist, especially with our El Chepe train journey to the Copper Canyon. The location was convenient, being in the bustling downtown of Los Mochis, although the room felt like it was in a warming oven for hours. The dining experience was good with fresh and delicious food, but a bit pricey. The facilities met my needs for a short stay.
